COMMON NAMES: Atoll Dascyllus

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE Central Pacific (Phoenix - Line; s. to n.Cooks)

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native, Endemic of e.Polynesia; S.Group - absent; N.Group - Penrhyn so far; Marine, near-shore, lagoon.

KEY FEATURES: To 12cmSL. Body bluish-grey with 2 white blotches, shading to yellow lowerbody. Dorsals grey; Pelvics, Anal, and Tail orange-yellow.
