COMMON NAMES: Bluespotted Blenny

TRADITIONAL NAMES: Panako (RR)

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE PNG - Tuamotus; n. to s.Japan; s. to Tonga

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Marine, near-shore

KEY FEATURES: to ?6cm SL. 3 main lines run down the body to the finely spotted tail, broken lines (2) run parallel between the main lines. The 2nd Dorsal Fin has two rows of small spots along its length.
