GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE Australia; EXOTIC EXOTIC Cook Islands

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native?, Introduced?; Land, lowlands and inland; on herbs, shrubs and trees

KEY FEATURES: xxx BodyL: CEPHALOTHORAX: More or less elliptical, truncate in front. Uniform greenish or yellowish. ABDOMEN: Elliptical, uniform greenish or yellowish. LEGS: Long, especially first and fourth pairs, greenish or yellowish with a few dark spines. EYES: Eight in two rows of four. WEB: No prey-catching web, but frequently makes a retreat web on vegetation.

SIMILAR SPECIES: The Clubiona are somewhat similar, but are considerably smaller, shorter legged, and less uniformly coloured.
