SIGNIFICANCE NOTES -
NEGATIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Pest. Comments: Commonly on bananas, cassava and various ornamentals, especially Poinsettia, frangipani and hibiscus.

GENERAL NOTE: In Pacific appeared first in Hawaii 1978, then American Samoa 1981, then most other islands.
