SIGNIFICANCE NOTES -
NEGATIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Serious pest by damaging and disfiguring ornamental plants.. Comments: Adults feed on the leaves of plants in Hibiscus (MALVACEAE) and Rose (ROSACEAE) families. The larve feed on the roots of various plants but not considered a pest. [Ref.k;d]
