COMMON NAMES: Oxalis

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE Australia - NZ

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Not naturalised; Land, lowlands

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: Ornamental leaves

KEY FEATURES: Creeping herb with 3-leaflets. STEM to 15cm, to 4cm tall. LEAVES stalk to 1.5cm; LEAFLETS 3, 3-5mm, green. FLOWERS solitary.

SIMILAR SPECIES: See Yellow Wood-sorrel (Oxalis corniculata)
