General Information

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native?, Introduced?; Land, lowlands - mountains; grass clumps, ground litter (open and in forest), sometimes tree foliage

KEY FEATURES: To 2mm BodyL. CEPHALOTHORAX pale yellow to pale orange with faint grayish markings. ABDOMEN grey to black, with a white dorsal spot in front of spinnerets, sometimes with a white bar or chevron anteriorly. WEB unreported, presumably a small thin delicate sheet, scarcely visible ordinarily.

SIMILAR SPECIES: Any of the other Linyphiidae. Distinguishable only with magnification, mostly by genitalic structure.
