IDENTIFICATION: Branching shrub or tree to 5m. LEAVES fleshy, strap-like, to 30x4cm, flat, smooth, 2-ranked on each branch. FLOWERS (not known in Cook Islands) scarlet tipped green, 5cm; cluster to 50cm.
