SIGNIFICANCE NOTES -
NEGATIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Louse on pigs.. Comments: The only louse on pigs.

GENERAL NOTE: Well known to the old Hawaiian as ‘Uku-pua‘a. Introduced by the ancient Polynesians although there are no specimens known from the Polyneisan Pig.
