COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent (c.2001), Naturalised; Land, lowlands

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: ; Mild pest

KEY FEATURES: Chubby planthopper to 5mmTL. BODY bright green, with dorsal white stripes on head and thorax. WINGS clear with whitish granular spots.
