Placosternus crinicornis (Chevrolat, 1860)
SYNONYMS: Clytus crinicornis [O]
TAXONOMY: ANIMALIA; ARTHROPODA; ATELOCERATA; HEXAPODA; INSECTA; PTERYGOTA; Coleoptera; CERAMBYCIDAE
IDENTIFICATION: Large beetle to 20mmBL. BODY glossy black with narrow white bands on the thorax, and white spots and bars on the wing covers. LEGS and ANTENNAE red.
