General Information

COMMON NAMES: Robberfly

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Naturalised; Land, lowlands

KEY FEATURES: A slender fly, to 11mm. Black with pale hairs giving a pale gray sheen, especially between abominal segments and on the legs. WINGS clear.
