COMMON NAMES: Few-spined Predatory Grasshopper

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: RANGE ? - Cooks - Marquesas; Hawai‘i

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Naturalised maybe Endemic Polynesia; S.Group (RR, ?); N.Group unknown; Land

KEY FEATURES: Grasshopper to 12mmBL (excl. ovipositor) and 28mmTL (including folded wings). Colour uniformly pale green. LEGS with spines; foreleg spines nil on femur, next segment with 4 pairs of long spines.
