General Information

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Land, horticultural

KEY FEATURES: Small oval beetle, to 7mmBL. HEAD reddish-brown with white hairs; eyes semilunar around base of antennae; antennae approx.BL. THORAX reddish-brown, pitted; white hairs form conspicuous posterio-dorsolateral patches. WINGCOVERS reddish-brown, pitted, white hairs; white hairs form conspicuous forward dorsolateral spot, and posterior stripes.
