COMMON NAMES: Humpback Bug

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: RANGE n.Australia, Cooks

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native or Introduced - Recent + Naturalised; Land, horticultural

KEY FEATURES: Small, to 3.5mmBL. HEAD flat with large red-brown eyes, laterally placed; proboscis 50%BL; antennae 4-segments, ~100%BL. THORAX brown with broad black bar. WINGS brown to black. LEGS long, hind femora dark, distally spines with basal black spots.
