General Information

COMMON NAMES: Broccoli, Sprouting Broccoli

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Not naturalised; Land, lowlands, gardens

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: Food (Leaf 2+)

KEY FEATURES: To 1m. STALK long with the sprouts, which are round buds like miniature cabbages, 2-6cmØ. LEAVES in a terminal cluster. Not easily grown in the tropics.
