Rarotonga: specimens, 1865-69, listed for Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Mangaia, & Atiu, Garrett with ID as Assiminea nitida; specimens, 2005/10, Tupapa, abundant in supratidal zone under rubble, Fred Brook rpt 2005/11 ID as Assiminea nitida, with a second unidentified species further inland under rubble also abundant. Mangaia: specimens, 1865-69, listed for Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Mangaia, & Atiu, Garrett with ID as Assiminea nitida Atiu: specimens, 1865-69, listed for Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Mangaia, & Atiu, Garrett with ID as Assiminea nitida
