SIGNIFICANCE NOTES -
POSITIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Ornamental flowers
NEGATIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Weed - serious but localised (Rarotonga only). Comments: Spreads vegetatively to form dense thickets. Very difficult to control. Does not produce viable seed.
