POSITIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Medicine, Material (Adornment). Comments: MATERIAL: Timber favoured by borer, soft - easily worked, very light, stains well.
Vouchers:
Pukapuka: fieldspecimen, 2/2004, very common esp. near Taro areas, used for mulch, ID GMcC.
