GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE Thailand

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Not naturalised; Land, lowlands

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: Ornamental flowers

KEY FEATURES: Shrub 5m. LEAVES opposite, waxy, obovate, 15x5cm, small spike on tip; stalk red-brown, 1cm. FLOWERS dense terminal cluster; fragrant; calyx green; corolla tube slender, 3cm; lobes 4, white, tip round, 7mm; face 15mmØ.
