GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE Arabia - India

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Not naturalised; Land, lowlands, gardens

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: Ornamental flowers

KEY FEATURES: Climbing shrub to 2m. BRANCHLETS downy. LEAVES opposite, simple, oval to round, to 8cm, not hairy, with prominent viens. FLOWERS clusters of 3-9, very fragrant, corolla tube to 12mm, lobes/petals 4-9, waxy white. 'Grand Duke of Tuscany' fls. double.
