GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE tropical America

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Naturalised; Land, lowlands

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: Ornamental flowers

KEY FEATURES: Liana, large subterraneous tuber. LF simple, 16cmØ, palmate cut nearly to base, 7 segments. FL corolla yellow, 6cm long.
