GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE pantropical

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; S.Group - common only on Rarotonga and Aitutaki; N.Group - rare; Land-marine, intertidal in esturaries

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: Medicine, for erosion control
