GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE e.Africa - Indonesia - Polynesia - ?

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Marine, near-shore

KEY FEATURES: A masssive uniformly grey-green anemone, to 50cm diameter, with hundreds of slender tentacles to 10cm with sharp tips.
