General Information

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Marine, near-shore

KEY FEATURES: Carapace 26mm.

SIMILAR SPECIES: Similar to Leptodius sanguineus. Present species has more convex anterior half of carapace, deeper sulci on dorsal surface of carapace, more rugose upper surface of the larger manus, and orbital hiatus is more open.
