GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE ? - Cooks - Tuamotu - Hawai‘i

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Marine, near-shore

KEY FEATURES: Carapace 13x22mm. Carapace divided into regions by grooves, each region being a smooth finely-granulated lobule. Anterolateral margin with two low rounded lobes and two forming teeth. Chelipeds and walking legs smooth with very fine granules. [mainly after Edmondson 1962]
