General Information

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE widespread IndoPacific

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Marine, near-shore, reef-flat

KEY FEATURES: 4cm long by 1cm. Elongate and flattened, with long parapodial flaps meeting in the midline and with conspicuous cephalic tentacles like the horns of an ox. Yellow-green with five darker bands on each side, each containing 1-2 black spots. Body covered with orange spots with dark rims. Foot variable with dark spots.
