COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced - Recent, Naturalised; S.Group - widespread; N.Group ?; Land, horticultural

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: ; Pest

KEY FEATURES: Very small, slender insect to 5mmTL. FOREWINGS narrow and expanded at outer end; translucent with pale brown mid-stripe and dark sub-terminal spot.

SIMILAR SPECIES: See under Sugarcane Derbid-Planthopper (Pyrrhoneura saccharicida).
