Vouchers:
Mauke: photo, c.1984, G.McCormack and G.Paulay, with ID as Carapus homei cf., was same as Pukapuka 2004 specimen which was ID by J.Randall as Enceliophis homei, 6/2004. Pukapuka: specimen+photo, 2/2004, collected by Iotama from Bohadschia argus, general features, vomerine fangs and pigment spots showed it to be identical to the 1980s Ma‘uke specimen photographed by G.McCormack, both ID by G.McCormack as Carapus ?homei, PK specimen to BPBM, ID by J.Randall as Enceliophis homei, 5/2004.
