SIGNIFICANCE NOTES -
POSITIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Food, Baitfish. Comments: The preferred flyingfish baitfish for Wahoo because of colour and small size (Ian Bertram).

Cooks: 2 specimens, 9/89, ID Collete as unicolor, reID Parin (Gillet&Ianelli, FAO/UNDP Field Doc 91/7). Rarotonga: specimens, 7/97, Joe Heather, ID GM. Mangaia: specimen, NBSAP, 9/2000, ID GM. Pukapuka: informant reports at NBSAP meeting, 2/2004.
