COMMON NAMES: Blue-green Chromis, Blue-green Reeffish, Blue-green Puller, Blue-green Damselfish; German Blaugrüner Chromis; French Chromis Bleu-vent, Demoiselle Bleue

TRADITIONAL NAMES: Katoti (RR MG AK), Katoti^ (AT), Pokarakara (MK), Kō‘utu‘utu (MT), Pīsā (TS TW), Papata? (PK); Other Polynesian - Atoti (TAH)

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE e.Africa - Pitcairn; n. to s.Japan; s. to New Caledonia

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; PLUS: S.Group and N.Group. Very common in sheltered lagoon areas, less common on outer reef slope. Associated; Marine, near-shore

KEY FEATURES: To 9cm SL.
