GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE e.Africa - Tuamotus; n. to s.Japan; s. to NSW

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; S.Group - very common; N.Group - very common.; Marine, near-shore, lagoons, esp with branching corals

KEY FEATURES: To 8cm SL.
