General Information

COMMON NAMES: Bicolor Cleaner Wrasse, Cleaner Wrasse; German Zweifarben-Putzerfisch; French Nettoyeur Bicolore, Nettoyeur à Queue Jaune

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE e.Africa - Marquesas; n. to s.Japan; s. to Lord Howe

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Rare in Tikioki lagoon. PLUS: ; Marine, near-shore, lagoons, reef-flat and outer reef-slope, over rubble

KEY FEATURES: Blue black with white posterior half of body, but Dorsal, Ventral fins and tail blue-black.
