GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE S.Pacific [GBR, Cooks, Pitcairn; (scarce records)]

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Very rare. One recorded in 1997, off Arorangi, at 15m. (Chip Boyle) PLUS: ; Marine, near-shore, outer reef-slope
