Rarotonga: specimen+photo, 10/1990, stranded Avarua Harbour, with tentative ID as Mesoplodon ginkgodens or Mesoplodon densirostris (see CINews 1/12/1990), and final ID with B.Abarnathy from photo of an extracted tooth as Mesoplodon densirostris; fieldsight+photos, 2000 and 2001, Nan Hauser and Hoyt Peckham with ID as Mesoplodon densirostris Aitutaki: fieldsight+photos, 2000, Nan Hauser and Hoyt Peckham with ID as Mesoplodon densirostris.
