General Information

GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE Fiji, Tonga, Cooks

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; S.Group only (Rarotonga only); Land, mountain valleys; under damp rotting wood and leaves

KEY FEATURES: Spiralled low-conical shell, 5.0x3.5mm(ØxH). SHELL spire low; horn-coloured and well polished; outer whorl evenly rounded; basal pit (=foveola) wide and moderately deep; aperture narrow; columella oblique with long sharp lamella.
