Rarotonga: NOT found on Rarotonga, Mangaia or Atiu by Garrett, 1881, listed for Aitutaki as Vertigo tantilla; specimens, 1994, J.Craig, on Muri motu and uplands forest, as Gastrocopta sp.A, but matches Garrett's Vertigo tantilla (also found on Mitiaro); listed as rare in coastal scrublands and remnant forests, 2005/10, Fred Brook, as Nesopupa ?tantilla, in report 2005/11. Mangaia: NOT found on Rarotonga, Mangaia or Atiu by Garrett, 1881, listed for Aitutaki as Vertigo tantilla. Atiu: NOT found on Rarotonga, Mangaia or Atiu by Garrett, 1881, listed for Aitutaki as Vertigo tantilla. Rarotonga: specimens, 1994, J.Craig, inland makatea and on some crop plants, as Gastrocopta sp.A, but matches Garrett's Vertigo tantilla, also found on Rarotonga. Aitutaki: NOT found on Rarotonga, Mangaia or Atiu by Garrett, 1881, listed for Aitutaki as Vertigo tantilla.
