GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION: NATIVE Europe; EXOTIC EXOTIC ? - Cooks - ?

COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Introduced, Naturalised?; Land, horticultural

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: Biocontrol - released 1954

KEY FEATURES: Glossy ladybird to 3.5mm. HEAD face orange. PRONOTUM glossy black. WING-COVER dorsally glossy black with obscure to conspicuous reddish-yellow bar of 3 spots ±fused; lateral rim pale.
