COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native; Land, lowlands; larvae often on

SIGNIFICANCE LIST: ; Pest

KEY FEATURES: To 3.5cm TL, wingspan to 5cm. Brown; forewings brown with pale bar; hindwings yellow and black. Conspicuous dark tufts on abdomen sides and rear. CATERPILLAR to 6cm, light green to brown, with a harmless spine on the tail.
