COOK ISLANDS STATUS: Native - but recently arrived; Land, lowlands and low-inlands (on Calophyllum)

NEGATIVE SIGNIFICANCE: Causes leaf-roll. Comments: Larva is a sap-sucker causing rolling of the leaf-edge on Calophyllum inophyllum.
